Laura Goldman Weinberg is an independent artist who allows the creative energy of life to dance through her onto the canvas. Her colorful expressions illustrate an emphasis on value contrasts which create wonderful linear movement.
As a young child in elementary school, she won a blue ribbon for the color balancing of a crayon drawing. And since then, she has continued to explore drawing, watercolor, oil, tissue paper collage, mixed media, and currently favors acrylic on canvas.
Laura completed her degree in elementary education with a specialty in early childhood development. She is a wife, mother, office manager, Certified Laughter Yoga Leader, poet, songwriter, and writer of inspirational messages for the world. All the while, she continues to create art in various forms with the hope of uplifting others.
She sees a blank canvas as a field of all possibilities and is filled with excitement and enthusiasm to witness the journey of the creative impulse. Laura’s wonder and joy of life radiates through the process and final manifestation of her works.
